NATIONAL STATE IN THE CONCEPT OF THE “END OF HISTORY” F. FUKUYAMA

Abstract
The article analyzes the aspects of nation - building in the context of the concept of "the end of history" by F. Fukuyama. The role of the state in the process of achieving the «end of history» is studied, the structure of the end of history is determined and the concept of «state of freedom» is introduced. The volume and content of the concept «strong state» is revealed. The matrix of power (efficiency) and the sphere of influence of state institutions is interpreted in the context of the «end of history». Empirical data are analyzed to substantiate the correlation of political freedom, efficiency of state institutions and the level of economic development. Analyzes recommendations Fukuyama building («state building») of the «strong state».
