PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH REFLEXIVE AND NON-REFLEXIVE VIEWS OF THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract
The article presents the results of a comparison of representatives of reflective and non-reflective kinds of highly and low emotional intelligence on the performance of temperament, emotional creativity, personality traits by R. Cattell and characteristics of social and psychological adaptation.
It was found that the common characteristic that distinguishes the respondents belonging to the reflective kinds EI, from individuals with non-reflexive forms of emotional intelligence is an expression of the efficiency / authenticity. Thus in contrast to the highly non-reflective kind of EI in subjects belonging to his reflective of its species are found higher rates of emotional creativity, as measured by self-report, efficiency and a lower level of maladaptive, self-rejection, emotional discomfort, and external control statements.
Common to respondents with low reflective kinds of EI traits as opposed to individuals belonging to his non-reflexive forms are higher objective and social emotions, as well as lower rates of Q1 factor and internality.
Thus, the deeper an individual's awareness of his own highly developed level of EI, the more pronounced his individually-typological and personal characteristics that contribute to the adaptability and experience of emotional well-being. On the contrary, the deeper your own individual perceived low level of EI, the more pronounced his individually-typological and personal properties, they prevent.
