EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF DRIVERS OF DIFFERENT CLASSES OF SUITABILITY

Abstract
Are studied and tested by comparing the levels of development of psychological and psychophysiological characteristics of drivers of different classes of suitability. Used tools diagnostics allowed to identify and accurately describe the psychological and physiological characteristics of the subjects, determining reliability of professional activity. Аnalyzed the content, structure, psychological conceptual model for the development of readiness for various activities, both external and internal conditions that are causing and shaping, duration and stability of manifestations of the willingness of drivers to act in extreme situations. As well as factors of professional development, allowing to design an appropriate psychological conditions within the organizational learning drivers, contributing to the formation of their psychological readiness to actions in extreme situations.
