Abstract

Education convicted is one of the main means of correction and prevention of recidivism. One of the new directions of correction is the realization in the conditions of imprisonment of short-term targeted educational programs aimed at educating convicts humanitarian (moral, legal, anti-drug and anti-alcohol, economic and psychological, etc.). The purpose of the programs - the formation in the mind of convicted real, concrete, corresponding to their subjective capabilities law-abiding behavior in meeting the needs and solving life's problems. They should be aimed at training sentenced to implement a set of social roles to fulfill their respective responsibilities. Thus, the convicted person should be prepared to work; must be able to equip your life, take care of their housing; to be able to legally build relationships with other people; to be able to have fun, right on my free time. Of particular importance is to get rid of alcohol and drug addiction and alcohol formation stability, motivation sober lifestyle.
