Abstract

This article reveals the formation of such areas of cultural policy of the Republic of Belarus, as a cultural safety and cultural diplomacy. Review of the current situation precedes the analysis of the historical development of the term "cultural security". The article analyzes the cultural component of Belarus Concept of National Security, reveals a correlation between the cultural and information security. Special attention is devoted to the cultural policy of soft Belarusization as a component of the cultural security of Republic of Belarus. The article has explicated the theoretical foundations of cultural diplomacy, has considered the Belarusian experience of cultural diplomacy in the international context.
