COMPONENTS OF INTERNET-CULTURE OF MODERN PERSONALITY

Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of formation of Internet culture as part of the general culture of personality that is caused by the widespread introduction of the Internet into all areas of modern human life in terms of active development of the information society. The author gives his own definition of «internet-culture of the personality». The article reveals the structural components of this type of personal culture, such as ideological, value, information, operational, communicative, recreational, creative. It is noted that an effective and productive online-activity of a person is possible only in conditions of harmonious development of the all represented components of Internet-culture of personality. The idea is that the formation of this type of personality culture must start at the initial stage of use of the Web and occur both independently and as part of the educational process in secondary and higher educational institutions.
