Abstract
Since ancient times, regular exercise has had a wide range of benefits for human body. Mastering the skills of selfcontrol has a very strong and diverse impact on the human body. Self-control tests can be used to assess various aspects of a student's behavior and health, such as their ability to manage their emotions, impulses, and stress levels. These tests can also help identify any underlying mental health issues that may be affecting a students' self-control. Self-control disciplines students, instills the skills of introspection, making the work of doctors, coaches and teachers more efficient and also has a positive effect on the growth of student's sports results.
