Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the scenario of the arsenal concept of personal safety. In the study on a voluntary basis, were participated 150 students (age was 19.5±0.5). The examination of the subjects was characterized by simultaneous (transverse) slice. The main methods were essay preparation and testing, additional observation and conversation. The analysis of theme essay texts “Personal safety and security” allowed to allocate in the structure of personal concepts of personal safety awareness-targeted, emotive and cognitive components. Adaptive scenarios are designated as homeostatic, pragmatic, reproductive, relaxation types; the non-adaptive scenario – as stressful, evolution, stagnation and deprivation variety. We set the parameter values of personal adaptability of the subjects of each scenario on a sample (questionnaire “Adaptability” by A.G. Maklakov and S.V. Chermyanin). A comparison of their levels showed differences among the owners of homeostatic and evolutionary (p ≤ 0.01), stress and relaxation (p ≤ 0.05), pragmatic and stagnation (p ≤ 0.05) scenarios. The study empirically substantiated the scenario nature of the concept of personal safety. The arsenal of security scenarios differs on adaptive and non-adaptive variety. The adaptability of scenarios of the personal security doesn’t synchronize with the personal adaptive capacities of their respective owners.
