THE CONCEPT "ONE BELT AND ONE WAY" AS A MOVING FORCE OF THE CHINESE ARTISTIC CULTURE

Abstract
The article considers the strategy "One Belt and One Road " as an important strategic concept, put forward the new conditions of the policy of reform and opening up in China deepening. Key of the value of this initiative lies on the principle of "drawing people's hearts together", which requires cooperation between countries not only at the state level, but also at the level of interaction between people. The main directions of the implementation of the"Action Plan for One Belt and One Road Initiative for Cultural Development (2016–2020) "Development of international cooperation in the field of protection of cultural heritage sites; promotion of archaeological research; organization of arts festivals; exhibitions; museum exchanges between the countries participating in the "One Belt and One Road". On the example of the exhibition of modern Chinese painting "Mutual understanding through art "Shows the activities of Chinese artists to enhance world cultural cooperation.
