Abstract

This article examines the philosophical and methodological foundations of building an innovative educational process in a modern innovative university. The main focus is on two key aspects: building an innovative infrastructure based on the innovation creation cycle and introducing startup technologies as a new form of educational activity. Innovative infrastructure and startup technology are considered as interconnected components that allow for the modernization of a classical university and the transition to a new stage of development that meets the challenges of modern society.
