PECULIARITIES OF USING THE METHODS FOR THE SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS OF EDUCATIONAL ABILITIES IN CONDITIONS OF CLUSTER

Abstract
In the article the integrative characteristic “educational abilities» and author's technique of their system diagnostics is considered. The theoretical significance of the article is in that the structure of the integrative parameter “educational abilities” is modeled, its concept is clarified and enriched. A system of its criteria and indicators has been developed, as well as typological groups of pupils, which are determined on the basis of measuring the cumulative index of “educational abilities”. The method of system diagnostics of educational opportunities was tested by the author at various levels of education. The article presents the previously conducted experimental use of the method of system diagnostics. The method reveals its potential in a new context, namely under the conditions of the educational, scientific and innovative cluster. The study of the features of the method of system diagnostics by future teachers allows them to form professional competences in the field of diagnostic activity.
