TEORETICAL AND METODOLOGICAL BASES OF RESEARCH OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A TEACHER IN THE HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract
Theoretical justification of professional competence of a teacher of the higher school is presented. Intrinsic characteristics of professional competence of a teacher as a complex object are reflected. Specifics of professional competence of a teacher depends on the integral nature of features and peculiarities of the elements of the system, their connections and relations, which is found in the hierarchical principles of the structure, the polystructural and multilevel organization of the system. It is shown that system and synergetic approaches, from the positions of which problems and conceptual filling of the phenomenon can be considered the most fully, can become a methodological basis of the scientific research of professional competence of a teacher in the higher school in the context of modern paradigmal uncertainty.
