SPECIFIC FEATURES OF CULTURAL PROCESSES IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of preservation of the national Belarusian culture as a part of the world cultural system. To achieve this it is necessary to act sufficiently and to preserve the culture from negative influence and global threats being included in the world cultural process. The author shows the point of view that the future of Belarusian culture today depends on whether real art will prevail in the life of Belarusian society, whether we will be able to find and develop real talents, because the renovation of life of any society is possible only when talented people play the main role in spiritual, social, political and cultural life.
