Аннотация

Рассматриваются существующие правозащитные механизмы формальной системы отправления правосудия Организации Объединенных Наций, предназначенные для разрешения споров с ее сотрудниками. На основе анализа прецедентной практики и отчетов судей действующих органов, автором выявлены структурные недостатки функционирующих механизмов и выработан ряд практических предложений с целью их реформирования.
