Аннотация

В статье рассматриваются существующие правозащитные механизмы для разрешения споров с гражданами и организациями, вступающими с Организацией Объединенных Наций в гражданско-правовые отношениях международного характера. На примере практики разрешения частноправовых споров в рамках других международных организаций с указанной категорией субъектов, а также на основе анализа существующих доктринальных позиций, автором высказываются предложения по поводу совершенствования подходов к разрешению частноправовых споров с негосударственными акторами в рамках Организации Объединенных Наций.
