THE IMPROVED CROSS-REVERSING SYSTEM OF MONOLITHIC REINFORCED CONCRETE PLATES

Abstract
The developed advanced cross-reinforcement system based on the use of a spatial reinforcement skeleton is given. This form of the product allows to reduce time costs for installation and improve the accuracy of positioning the transverse reinforcement in the structure. The proposed spatial frame is obtained by combining individual bent parts into a single product with the help of a knitting wire, which allows to exclude welded joints. The bent part is made from rod reinforcement, which is a widespread material and has a relatively low cost. The shape of the bent part ensures a reduction in material consumption and reliable operation of the unit under the action of design loads. Pro-analyzed the possibility of manufacturing bent parts of an advanced cross-reinforcement system using the most common bending machines.
