TO THE QUESTION OF CHOICES SPACE-PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTIVE DECISIONS AT DESIGNING TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS CENTERS

Abstract
External (limiting) and internal (target) factors influencing the choice of the space-planning and constructive decisions in the design of the transport and logistics centres (TLC), and warehouses, have been identified. Basic requirements and criteria for the design and construction of TLC have been systematized. On the basis of given criteria for selecting, the optimal layout of the buildings of the storage center, shape and dimensions of a building of the storage using the method of imitation modeling are proposed. At the preliminary stage warehouse technology is accounted. This technology defines its parameters, ways of its construction, space-planning solutions. When determining the cost of construction of the future center, level of category of the centre and the warehouse it is necessary to take into account the possibility of its application in the design of the model or in redesign solutions. This is, in fact, are the parameters of the factors to be used as evaluation criteria. On the basis of the conducted research features and proposed design solutions of TLC, and also a technique of their architectural design have been listed.
