ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF INTERACTION OF PARTICIPANTS OF INNOVATION AND INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS

Abstract
In the context of the transition to highly efficient economic systems that are receptive to innovation, economic clustering becomes an important tool for both regional development and stimulating innovative development in general. The purpose of the study is to develop organizational and economic tools for implementing the structural policy in the field of clustering the regional economy. The core of clusters in the regional economic systems of the Republic of Belarus are innovation-oriented industries based on the best achievements of world experience in science and technology, capable of creating high value-added products. A necessary condition for the effective development of an innovation-industrial cluster is the creation of an established organizational and economic mechanism for managing the joint activities of participants in regional clusters in order to maximize their profits in the field of high-tech production.
