EVOLUTION OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ISSUES OF STATE IMMUNITY IN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT AND FINANCIAL RELATIONS

Abstract
This article examines the process of development of legal regulation of the issue of state immunity in international credit relations. Its importance is due to the continuity of the development of legal regulation of this issue, in connection with which an analysis of the historical development of regulation is valuable, which allows us to identify specific starting points, as well as to establish the reasons for the introduction of legal regulation. On the other hand, due to the importance of the topic of immunity for international credit relations, consideration of primary legal regulation and its origins is important for understanding the context of current legal regulation, including court decisions. To this end, the article analyzes such stages as the transition to the theory of limited immunity, the prerequisites for such a transition, as well as the stages of promoting national legal regulation of the issue of state immunity on the example of the United States, as the most developed jurisdiction for regulating international credit and financial relations.
