Abstract

The article discusses the definitions of the concepts of "supply chain", "innovation environment" and their relationship. The stages of the formation of an innovative environment directly in the supply chains of organizations are described, the main problems that organizations face when introducing innovations are identified. The conceptual scheme of the functioning of the innovative environment in the supply chains of organizations, the main advantages from its implementation, the participants in the innovation environment and documents that control the process of introducing innovations in organizations with an innovative environment are presented. A diagram has been drawn up that shows the sequence of actions for the implementation of innovations in the supply chain with the existing innovation environment.
