INSTRUMENTS FOR INCREASING INTERCOUNTRY TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION IN THE CONTEXT OF TRANSITION TO INDUSTRY 4.0

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the most important problem of increasing intercountry technological cooperation in the context of the transition to Industry 4.0 – the instruments of this process. It is shown that these instruments should be considered systematically, taking into account new and actualization of some old risks of intercountry technological cooperation. In modern circumstances, the dominant factor in this process is the consistent development of the digital society. The study pays special attention to the disclosure of the essence of the digital society and the digital economy, the development of the concept of "surveillance capitalism". The problem of interaction of digital and analogue economies in the context of the transition using the potential of intercountry technological cooperation to Industry 4.0 is considered, and the need to preserve and develop non-digital (analog) modern technologies in industry is emphasized.
