Abstract

The theoretical analysis of the management system for the sale of an enterprise's products in today's conditions of globalization and the fiercest competition in international markets is carried out. Possible options for improving the efficiency of managing the sale of an enterprise's products in the foreign market are considered using modern methods and principles of logistics and taking into account the current situation in some international markets. The analysis of the activities of the structural unit engaged in an enterprise selling products in the domestic and foreign markets. Identified certain shortcomings and bottlenecks that impede the effective management of the sale of an enterprise's products in the foreign market. Particular attention was paid to the possibility of increasing export volumes, the possibility of attracting additional wholesale intermediaries for the successful promotion of an enterprise's products to the foreign market and expanding the export geography was studied. Measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of managing the sale of an enterprise's products in the external market, taking into account modern trends in the development of logistics and supply chain management to increase exports and expand the geography of supplies.
