STATE AND PROSPECTIVES CORPORATE BONDS’ MARKET IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract

The analysis of structure and dynamics of securities’ volumes in the trade system of Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange (including corporate bonds) is carried out. The results of the same analysis regarding overthe- counter stock exchange market are presented. The leading position of corporate bonds at the Belarusian stock exchange market is grounded. On the basis of analysis of current level of interest rates for different sectors of financial market the conclusion about most perspective corporate bonds is given. The necessity of development of consultative and intermediary services concerning issuance and circulation of corporate bonds is grounded. The ways of corporate bonds’ market development are presented: the popularization of corporate bonds in the framework of increasing of financial literacy, the extension of the range of investment and intermediate services, the specification of conditions of uncollateralized bonds issuance, the usage of hybrid forms of investment financing.
