EDITORIAL AND PUBLISHING ACTIVITIES OF THE UNIVERSITY IN THE DIGITAL AGE: DIRECTIONS OF BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING

Abstract
The article substantiates the need for and defines the strategic directions of business processes reengineering in the editorial and publishing activities of the university, taking into account the new requirements for educational activities in the digital economy, presents the balanced scorecard developed by the authors for the editorial and publishing department of the Polotsk State University. The proposed balanced scorecard allows providing a connection between the editorial office strategy and the university strategy, highlighting areas of responsibility, monitoring and analyzing the department effectiveness.
