Abstract
The article analyzes the content of the subject of crimes directly related to child pornography (article 343ˡ of the Criminal code of the Republic of Belarus). Considerable attention is paid to the scientific interpretation of the distinctive features of pornographic materials from objects of a pornographic nature and other elements of the subject of the specified crime. On the basis of the conducted research, the author's distinctive feature of materials from objects of a pornographic nature is proposed. It is argued that it is necessary to develop a resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court explaining the content of the subject of the crime under consideration.
