STIMULATION OF THE INVENTIVE ACTIVITY IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract
Existing methods for calculating royalties to employees for the creation and use of industrial property has been analyzed in the article. The status and trends of patent activity in organizations of the furniture industry of the Republic of Belarus are identified. Methods and indicators are proposed for calculating the amount of remuneration paid to authors for the creation of industrial property objects (industrial designs) and to persons who promote the creation of industrial property objects above the minimum value determined by the state in furniture industry organizations based on an assessment of their originality, complexity of the design task and territorial scope. Methods are also proposed for determining the size of remuneration payments for the use of industrial property objects (industrial designs) based on assessing the economic effect of their use and calculating the expiration rate taking into account the specifics of the industry's functioning.
