FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PROFESSIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITALIZATION OF ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract

It is shown that current trends in the development of the economy, strengthening the informatization of society and economic relations have an impact on social and labor relations. In the context of the digitalization of the economy, the problem of inconsistency of the labor market and the educational services market arises. The ubiquity of digital technology, production robotics require new specialties and professions. The author focuses on the "professions of the future" and the need for training specialists, taking into account the prospects for economic development.
