Abstract

The article reveals the problem of transaction costs of social capital of organizations of the Republic of Belarus in 2019. The article presents the development of institutional methods for building social capital. For the category of «social capital», a method has been developed for measuring and analyzing the social capital of an organization by introducing institutions of social capital. The social capital of organizations of the Republic of Belarus in 2017 and 2019 was measured. Аn econometric analysis of the social capital has been performed. A regression model, a correlation model, a correlation model by constant are created, a simple mathematical analysis is presented, and social capital indices are obtained. The interdependence between microeconomic indicators and macroeconomic indicator «cash incomes» is presented. Based on the results of a scientific study, the trends in the social capital of organizations of the Republic of Belarus in 2019 are presented. Social capital is defined as the subject of research on a new institutional economy.
