Abstract
The article shows the results of the analysis of the organization of urban passenger traffic at the branch “Bus Park № 2 of Polotsk” OJSC “Vitebskoblavtotrans”. In the course of the study, routes with low passenger traffic were identified, as well as duplicate and unprofitable routes were identified. Also, the problem of inefficient interaction between the branch’s structural divisions of the logistics orientation is identified and resolved.
