Abstract

The article provides a description of the existing logistics business processes of the transport section of the enterprise. The results of the analysis of technical and operational indicators of transport operation are shown, the dynamics of vehicle downtime is reflected, the causes of vehicle downtime are identified, and it is also proposed, schematically depicted and economically justified improvement of the logistics business processes "Preparation for the technical inspection of freight vehicles" and "Scheduled preventive system of repair of cargo vehicles" of the transport section of the branch "Polotsk bakery" OJSC "Vitebskkhlebprom".
