Abstract
The article discusses the approaches of legislators of the CIS member states in countering encroachments on relations that ensure the protection of life and health of the population in the production and turnover of products by criminal legal means. The author conducts a comparative legal analysis of the relevant provisions of the criminal legislation of the Republic of Belarus with other CIS countries in order to identify similarities and differences. Based on the analysis, the possibility of borrowing the provisions of foreign legislation in order to improve the legislation of the Republic of Belarus is considered.
