GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC SECURITY ON THE EXAMPLE OF SYRIA: CONCEPT, ANALYSIS OF DEVELOPMENT INDICATORS, STRUCTURAL COMPONENT

Abstract

The author of the article reveals the essence of the concept of economic security and the mechanism for its provision. Based on the study, it can be argued that any mechanism for ensuring economic security is basically a desire of government officials at the state and regional level, as well as the leadership of business entities to achieve a state of sustainability and stability of the economy, economic growth and development based on the developed system of indicators and thresholds, indicators. The key criterion for achieving stability, and as a result, economic security, is the acquisition of additional benefits conducive to the formation of an innovative economy, the achievement of an optimal foreign policy, as well as the implementation of an effective national and regional policy. These factors are decisive in the conditions of a transformational economy in the realities of the current political and economic situation of the Syrian Republic.
