THE CAPITALIZATION OF THE COMMERCIAL BANKS OF AZERBAIJAN AND THEIR ROLE IN THE CURRENCY MARKET

Abstract
The question of capitalization of commercial banks is considered. Their role in the foreign exchange market is shown. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that almost any aspect of banking is directly or indirectly related to the presence of the Bank’s capital. Capital is one of the key factors in assessing the reliability and security of a particular Bank. Sufficient capital of the Bank contributes to its stable functioning and neutralization of various risks in the foreign exchange market.
