ESTIMATION OF INNOVATION ACTIVITY IN THE SPHERE OF THE LABOR OF VITEBSK REGION

Abstract

In the article is substantiated economic category “innovation activity in the sphere of labor”, criteria are determined and the indices, which characterize innovation activity in the sphere of labor, is isolated the problem of the absence of the procedures of the estimation of this economic category, are analyzed the basic indices, which characterize the level of the innovation development of Vitebsk region generally, and in the sphere of labor – in particular, is developed the procedure of the estimation of innovation activity in the sphere of labor and, on this basis – is carried out the estimation of this economic category in Vitebsk region, problems are revealed and recommendations regarding an increase in the innovation activity in the sphere of labor in Vitebsk region are proposed.
