THE NATURE AND CONTENT OF LABOR ORGANIZATION AT THE PRESENT STAGE OF DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION IN INDUSTRY

Abstract

The modern concept of the organization of work is based on an integrated approach, involving the use of the achievements of all previously developed (and new) concepts and theories. Unlike the technocratic approach and views of proponents of the theory of the scientific organization of work, the modern concept requires taking into account the conditions of the transition to the digital economy and the changing content of labor, its social aspects to the development of new skills by performers, the search for an appropriate place in the new system of labor organization. The article analyzes the structure and content of labor of workers at present and in the long term, taking into account the modification of this production, its radical transformation in modern economic conditions, on the example of the development of footwear production in Southeast Asia, the USA, the EU, Russia and Belarus. It is argued that modern changes in socio-cultural and technological conditions of enterprises cause the need for transformation.
