Abstract

In the article, the issues of personnel activity in Belarusian organizations are diagnosed and systematized on the basis of the results of the author's investigation using the method of standardized questionnaire survey of top managers and employees of the personnel departments of organizations (for example, in Vitebsk region with a sample of 87 organizations). The rating of execution of functions by personnel departments in organizations of the Republic of Belarus is presented. Hence the inadequate degree of development of the personnel activity of the organizations of the Republic of Belarus was revealed with little positive dynamics for personnel issues solving.
