HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE FORMAT OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

In the second half of the XX century mankind entered the era of global changes – passed to its next stage of development – the information society. Today, information is a key factor in the economy as a resource, service, product, source of value added and employment. In this regard, the modern changing world requires new approaches in the management of various aspects of society. The platform on the basis of which both spheres of activity and relations in society are formed is changing. The transfer of the economy to a new qualitative level of development is one of the Central places in the development of not the raw material model of growth, but the model based on the principles of the digital economy, the basis of which is innovation. Since the digital economy will affect not only the sphere of material production, but also the social sphere, a special role in the digital economy is given to human capital and its transformation in modern society.
