Abstract

The method of analysis of efficiency of optimization of risks of mortgage assets which will allow to define and predict optimum structure of a portfolio of mortgage assets and will promote attraction of investments, and also providing a covering of mortgage assets is presented. Based on the analysis of the tasks and interests of participants in mortgage operations, users who need to assess the effectiveness of mortgage operations are identified. The tasks of the analysis of efficiency of mortgage operations are formulated. The efficiency of mortgage operations on classification criteria is analyzed.
