CRIMINOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CRIMES IN THE SPHERE OF FAMILY-DOMESTIC RELATIONS

Abstract
The article provides a criminological analysis of domestic violence in the Republic of Belarus for the period from 2012 to 2017. The structure of domestic crimes is defined. Specific weight of crimes is revealed on the Republic, on areas, in the city and in the village. The dynamics of violent crimes is observed in the Republic, regions, cities and rural areas. It is noted that both in the city and in rural areas there are similar trends in the dynamics of family crime. Dynamics is investigated not only on this type of crime, but also on corpus delicti. The level of family and household crime is revealed. Crime rates are calculated in rural, urban areas and by region.
