Abstract

The article is dedicated to the study of the role of the republican budget law in the system of financial legislation. Questions are considered regarding the legislation established in the Republic of Belarus on the content of the republican budget law and on their relationship with the requirements for the law on approval of the report on the execution of the republican budget for the fiscal year. The budget is considered as a legislative act of a special kind, having a constitutional legal nature. Author discloses the significance of the constitutional and legal regulation of budgetary relations in modern conditions and suggests possible ways of its improvement. The republican budget is considered as one of the main sources of financial law, which contains specific financial and legal norms that operate in a strictly defined perio.
