Abstract
The definitions of intellectual capital and intellectual potential are given, approaches to determining the structure of the intellectual potential of the enterprise are considered, the main directions of the influence of the intellectual potential of the enterprise on its ability to adapt to external and internal changes based on the implementation of the strategy indicators are presented. Factors and indicators of the strategy implementation are given. The importance of harmonious development of the intellectual potential and intellectual capital of the enterprise for maintaining the stability of its activities and increasing competitiveness in the market was noted.
