BORDER ECONOMIC RELATIONS

Abstract
The problem of the socio-economic system of border regions as an important part of the national economic complex of the country is considered. It is concluded that optimal interaction between different border territorial entities is possible only in conditions of using the system approach and full consideration of the diversity of directions and forms of interregional economic ties. In this case it is important to consider the development of a system of statistical indicators, on the basis of which it is possible to analyze the current situation and assess the dynamics of changes in economic interaction between different border regions. These and similar problems are considered within the framework of the formation of new special sections of regionalistics, such as the border economy and borderline ecology.
