DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE FOR LABOR MOTIVATION SYSTEM AT ENTERPRISES OF THE REUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract
The diagnostic procedure for labor motivation system at domestic enterprises has been developped. It involves the formation of “desirable” and “existing” labor motivation systems and consists of four stages. The practical application of this system allows to organize information on the state of labor motitvation system within an enterprise as a whole, as well as to develop basic courses of labor encouragement development in a company. An example of testing this procedure on one of the enterprises of the Republic of Belarus is given.
