Abstract

The role of banks in the financial market of Azerbaijan at the present stage of its development is considered. It is shown that the issue of securities in the financial market depends on the state of the issuer’s financial position. The essence of the role of commercial banks in the financial market and the features of their operations are explained, as well as the role of government securities and their specificity in the stock market.
