Abstract
This article is devoted to the description of the main risks in the activities of the certification body of management systems. The introduction questions of the risk management process are considered. Particular attention is paid to specific risks related to ensuring the requirements for impartiality, the perception of stakeholders in the certification process. The problems of risk assessment are analyzed and possible solutions are proposed.
