THEORETIC AND LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF CONSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF HUMAN AND CITIZEN IN UKRAINE AND THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Abstract
Theoretical approaches to the definition of the category “constitutional duties” in the Ukrainian legal science and their constitutional consolidation are considered. The provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland are analyzed in 1997, and its legal properties are disclosed. The doctrinal approaches to the interpretation and normative consolidation of constitutional duties in the Republic of Poland are determined. The constitutional duties that are enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine and the Constitution of the Republic of Poland are characterized and compared. Based on the analysis, the general and distinctive features of the consolidation of constitutional duties in the Constitution of Ukraine and the Constitution of the Republic of Poland are established.
