PROBLEMATIC ISSUES OF IMPROVEMENT OF PENSION SYSTEM OF REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

Abstract
The ways of improving the pension system of the Republic of Belarus are analyzed, which the author sees in the introduction of a two-tier pension system, where the first level is a mandatory state pension for age or incapacity, and the second level presupposes the formation of voluntary savings. It is shown that the increase in the generally established retirement age should be carried out in a complex of interrelated activities, therefore, the implementation of the pension reform in the Republic of Belarus must be based on a pre-prepared labor market and macroeconomics. The groups of guarantees ensuring successful implementation of the pension reform in Belarus are considered: the types of guarantees for the safety of pension deposits in pension funds are reflected.
