CIVIL-CONTRACTUAL FORMS OF ENERGY SUPPLY: THEORETICAL AND LEGAL ASPECT

Abstract
The theoretical and legal aspects of the power supply institute, the legal essence of energy supply, the conceptual apparatus of energy supply, as well as related legal categories are considered. Particular attention is paid to the legal categories of the power supply institute in their development and in the system of contractual relations. In the context of the topic under consideration, the problem of delimiting the legal relations of energy supply from adjacent civil-law institutions is touched upon. Announce the criteria that allow identifying legal relationships in the energy sector. Attention is drawn to special legal grounds for the emergence of contractual obligations in the energy sector. The study announces the problems inherent in the doctrine of civil law insofar as it relates to the subject of legal regulation, as well as the system of civil legal relations. Conclusions are drawn concerning the problem of establishing and using civil-contractual forms in the energy sector, depending on the type of energy resources and in the context of the impact on legal relations between public and private law.
