Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of research in the field of supply chain sustainability. A critical analysis of various approaches of foreign authors to the concept of sustainability is carried out. The elements of supply chain sustainability are highlighted and it is proposed to take into account flexibility, adaptability and consistency as the main ones. A more in-depth analysis of the adaptability of the supply chain as a leading element of the stability of chains at the present stage of development is carried out. The author's definition of the concept of «adaptive supply chain» is formulated.
