Abstract
Defined financial management technique aimed at optimizing financial relations of the organization to increase its financial sustainability and the establishment of an effective mechanism of financial resources management. Discussed in the article possibilities of improving fiscal management will allow the organization to increase competitiveness. On the level and dynamics of Finance affects the totality of the financial and economic factors: the level of organization of production and management; capital structure and its sources; the degree of utilization of productive resources; volume, quality and structure of production; costs of production and cost price of products; profit by types of activity and directions of its use. The quality of financial management to judge the likelihood of the survival of the organization in the competitive market.
